I’m Dede Gold, a dual-qualified solicitor, now practising as a mediator, consultant and coach.  Having worked in legal, financial, and corporate sectors, I have a well-earned understanding of high-pressure environments, interpersonal dynamics, and handling deeply personal, sensitive matters for clients.

My focus is Interpersonal Dispute Resolution - helping people resolve their points of conflict in a sensible and productive way. With a foundation in litigation, I fully understand when the court's involvement (or another formal process) is necessary. However, I truly believe that most outcomes can be reached more thoughtfully - and more sustainably - in a healthier and  more cost-effective way.​​​
