My background, relevant to your dispute.
I’m Dede Gold, a dual-qualified former solicitor, now consultant, mediator, and coach. Having worked in legal, financial, and corporate sectors, as well as the arts, I have a well-earned understanding of high-pressure environments, interpersonal dynamics, and handling deeply personal, sensitive matters for clients.
My focus is interpersonal dispute resolution - helping people resolve their points of conflict in a sensible and productive way. With a foundation in litigation I fully understand when court involvement is necessary. However, I believe that most outcomes imposed by law can be reached more thoughtfully—and more sustainably—in a healthier and more cost-effective way.

Why I do this...
At the root of our arguments and differences, we are all just people trying to do our best for ourselves, our families and our futures., against the backdrop of a challenging world. Now, more than ever, we need to work towards harmonious solutions to contentious situations within our spheres of control, wherever this is possible.
And it is so often possible.
